| Went to Uluru the other day and the sunset was absolutely amazing, but you have to watch it with about 1000 other people unless you get off the beaten path, which is also not allowed, in fact you can't even park on the side of the road. If you want to get away from the crowd, just park your car at the normal car park about 45 mins before sunset, then walk up the road past the designated for a while and you'll have a spot to yourself. Make sure you stick around for a while after too because the sky lights up for ages after the sun has gone down. Too many people miss the best light show because they're in such a rush to get home. |
