South Australia is a deceptively large 1,043,514km². In a global comparison, that's about twice the size of France and about the same size as Egypt. There's not much in South Australia outside Adelaide, and town that appear large on this map are actually tiny - Coober Pedy for example has a population of 3,500, Oodnadatta is home to 160 people. This is not a place to get lost.
